How to Read This Bitcoin Mixers List
Numbers only help if you know what they hide. Here is what each column on our list of bitcoin mixers really tells you.
Minimum amount
Deposits below the minimum are usually lost or kept as a donation. Always send comfortably above it and remember that network fees reduce what actually arrives at the mixer.
Max delay
Longer optional delays make timing analysis harder. For CoinJoin services we show the typical round interval instead, because the wallet decides when you take part.
The score column combines all six criteria from our ranking methodology. A service with a slightly higher fee can still outrank a cheaper one if it deletes logs faster, signs every order and has paid out reliably for years. When two services score the same, the one with the longer clean track record takes the higher rank.
Quality control
How We Keep the List Clean
A useful list of crypto mixers is defined as much by what it leaves out as by what it includes. We remove a service immediately when any of the following happens:
- It appears on a public sanctions list or is named in an enforcement action.
- A test deposit is not paid out, or payouts arrive far outside the promised delay.
- The letter of guarantee cannot be verified against the site’s published signing key.
- Clone or phishing domains outnumber the official mirror and the operator does not respond.
- The service openly advertises help with laundering stolen funds or evading sanctions.
Every entry on this page is re-tested monthly with a fresh deposit, and its terms, fees and mirrors are checked again after any public incident.
Removed services stay off the list until they pass a full re-test. If you spot a problem with any service listed here, tell us and we will re-check it within 72 hours.
